Create the life you want through setting goals, positive thinking and purposeful journaling. This group explores the latest scientific discoveries about the brain and how it works, emotional well-being, and health as well as ancient philosophies about the nature of consciousness and the human experience. Self reflection and journal work enhance the group discussions. From September to December, we will be working with "Trust Your Vibes" by Sonia Choquette and "Find Your Soul Purpose" by Janet Conner. Other books by Janet Conner will also be part of the discussion and journaling exercises.
