READY, SET, RUN! is a series for beginner runners, weekend warriors, and beyond! Runners and non-runners alike are encouraged to attend.
Fueling properly is not just for the professionals. Learn the importance of proper nutrition as an athlete at any level, and how you can get started in making the best nutritional choices for you.
Presenter Andrea Buono is a USAT Certified triathlon and running coach with over 17 years of experience racing and competing in all levels of triathlon. She also holds an M.S. in Nutrition from University of St. Joseph.
