Learn yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation techniques to bring balance, equilibrium and good health to your body and mind. Studies have shown that yoga and meditation have remarkable healing effects for those who practice.
Open to all levels, this 60 minute class will promote flexibility, strength and balance for your body and mind. Bring a yoga mat, meditation pillow to sit on, water bottle and small towel. Dress in comfortable clothing.
$35 registration for a series of 7 sessions
Registration Required. Please register in person with the Programming & Publicity Dept. by check, money order (made out to the Great Neck Library) or cash. The fee is for the entire series and is not refundable for individual classes that cannot be attended.

Sharon Epstein, MS, E-RYT-500 has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years. Sharon loves teaching all levels and ages. She teaches in yoga studios, synagogues, corporate offices, private homes, in hospitals, schools and camps. Sharon is a Great Neck resident.
