Come and experience the gentle, healing movements of the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi Qigong. These easy movements help to promote energy, good health and well being.

Drop In Classes are $7 per session on Thursday mornings at 11 am in the Community Room with instructor Michael McCormack.
