The Daniel Plan by Rick Warren, Dr. Hyman & Dr. Amen “God’s Prescription For Your Health” Faith * Food * Fitness * Focus * Friends. This 6-week program is facilitated by Rebecca Kim and Flora Lee and is open to anyone who’s seeking faith-based healthful changes. Copies of The Daniel Plan are available from the Library in print, eBook and CD. Each meeting will have a video clip, food, and exercise of the week. You may choose to purchase your own copy of The Daniel Plan Study Guide. Free and open to the public, Wednesdays: May 10 - June 14 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
