Yoga Nidra: an Introduction

Michelle Blanding, certified yoga instructor, will present an introduction to Yoga Nidra which can be used to make lasting life changes realted to health, career, relationships, addictions and more. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, but this style can easily be performed while sitting in a chair.
