Meditation with A Monk: Bhante Punna from the Buddhist Cultural Center

The library will present a meditation series designed for beginners. The instructor is a Buddhist monk, but the meditation techniques that will be taught are secular and are appropriate for all adults regardless of beliefs or religious affiliations.
