Yoga with Meagan

Join Meagan for a Hatha Vinyasa Flow! A balanced combination of sustained poses (asanas),
as well as poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another.
This class is suitable for beginners and yogis of all levels.
We’ll focus on our breath, flexibility, strength, mindful attention & a brief meditation. Please arrive a few minutes early!
Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water with a lid!
Yoga blocks and straps are highly encouraged if you have them!
