“Meditation” covers a variety of practices that designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy, and develop compassion. Benefits of meditation include calming and clarity of the mind, and decreased anxiety, stress, anger, fear, jealousy, and destructive thoughts. Over time, meditation can help us to better relate with others and become more empathetic in all situations.
Come and have a cup of tea to learn more, then try it for a few weeks and decide for yourself.
Led by Brian Findlay, a Pepperell resident who wants to share what meditation has provided to him.
