Chi Gong is an ancient Chinese meditative practice which uses slow graceful movements and breathing techniques to enhance the immune system, promote relaxation, reestablish balance and harmony of the mind, body and spirit.
No registration required. All are welcome to attend. This class is free of charge. No commitment required, come to as many classes as you wish!
