The prize-winning husband and wife piano duet team of Nadia and Vladimir Zaitsev consistently astound and delight audiences with their
breathtaking virtuosity, quick-witted humor, and incredible repertoire. Nadia, a native of Moscow, and Vladimir, who was born in Kiev, met
when they both studied at Mannes College of Music in NYC and they have been making beautiful music together ever since. Their program will include selections of works by Mozart, Bach, Brahms,Mendelssohn, Gottshalk, Barber, Legrand, and Gershwin as well as Vladimir’s arrangements of medleys of American Rock n’ Roll.
The Zaitsev Piano Duo made its Weill Recital Hall debut at Carnegie Hall as winners of the Artists International Chamber Music Award. They have performed at New York’s finest concert halls such as Alice Tully Hall, 92nd Street Y, Merkin Concert Hall, SymphonySpace, and at similar venues in Europe, Asia and Israel. Nadia and Vladimir have also been headliners on luxury cruise ships, college campuses, performing arts centers, corporate events, music festivals and community theaters. Their critically acclaimed world premier recording American Souvenirs is available on Fleur De Son Classics label.
