Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called self-realization (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. This type of meditation is practiced in over 90 countries. Experience the peace and joy you can derive from this state of self-realization, and feel its benefits in your life.
This session is part of a 7-week series. Please try to attend as many sessions as you can.
