Guided Meditation and Gentle Stretching

A half-hour guided meditation session to relieve daily stress and anxiety,
followed by gentle stretching to help relieve tension.
Please bring an exercise/yoga mat or a large towel as portions of the program will take place on the floor.
Registration is required; space is limited.
