Lifewriting: a six week series
Tuesdays March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4, and 11 at 10:00 a.m.
In today's challenging times many people are feeling stress and having a hard time making positive connections. Life Story sharing is a powerful way to reduce isolation and empower individuals.
Through gentle conversations, simple writing/journaling exercises and relaxation techniques, participants will be guided to find new meaning and commonalities in their life experiences.
Group members will be remembering and exploring tools to maintain inner balance and perspective despite external distractions - Discussions will be based on our real life examples of survival and strength.
No prior writing experience needed -- just a pen and 8x10 journal or notebook.
