The Massachusetts Library System is undertaking our second strategic planning process for the period 2017-2019.  Our goal is to create a way forward that serves our staff well, helps us provide excellent services, builds community among our members, and distinguishes MLS as an active participant in creating a vibrant future for libraries of all kinds.

A dialog with members and stakeholders is critical to our success.  As part of the planning activity, we are holding a series of five community-planning workshops around the state to engage our members and stakeholders who have an interest in libraries.  Please join us to share your insight, perspective, and priorities.
