Trustee Orientation [Burlington]

As a trustee, you have taken on two big jobs! The first is to serve as a tireless advocate for your library, working to help it become "bigger and better". The second job is to learn about your library, about your community and its needs, about the laws and state programs affecting your library, and about the issues facing libraries today. Cindy Roach and Erin Williams Hart from MBLC, and Kristi Chadwick, Advisor at MLS, will introduce you to the roles of trustees, library directors and friends, and will describe the resources available to help you in your role as library trustee. Library Directors and future trustees are welcome to join us.

- Wed. May 20 from 6:30-8:30pm at Rutland Free Public Library
- Mon. June 1 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Somerset Public Library
- Wed. June 10 from 6:30-8:30pm at the Wilbraham Public Library
