An engaging yoga class for caregivers and their child/ren (ages 2-5). Each class will be based around a children's book with the themes of the book being woven into playful yoga postures, stories, music, breath work and relaxation techniques. While releasing energy, children will express themselves through movement and gain a deeper awareness of themselves, others, and their environment. A wonderful opportunity to put down the to-do list, breathe, and bond with your child!

$3 per class per child (caregivers free), payable at each class. Space is limited and registration is required. Register below or by calling the library at 610-828-0441.
