An engaging yoga class for caregivers and their child/ren (6 months through 2 years). Each class will be based around a children's book with the themes of the book being woven into yoga postures, stories, music, breath work and relaxation techniques. Children will become aware of their body and their surroundings as they strengthen their coordination, sensory, gross motor and social skills. A wonderful opportunity to put down the to-do list, breathe, and bond with your child!
