Event: Emotional Freedom Technique: Weight Loss

This highly effective and easy to learn tool has been used for the past 30+ years to reduce stress, anxiety and physical pain, as well as to help people let go of old patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving them.

Come and learn the classic method of EFT, also called Tapping. It involves simply tapping with your own fingers on your head and torso. You will leave our session with the knowledge and ability to apply tapping to your daily life to increase confidence, peace, and happiness.

Let's tap into your innate ability to bring lasting change into your life!!

Wendy Fisher is a Holistic Health Coach who has successfully used this method to reduce her migraine headaches and is passionate about teaching this method to others.
