Creating a Google Classroom Website
Date: Friday, January 19, 2018
Time: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Session: 18-314702
Description: Google Sites allows you to quickly create and publish a website. A landing page with subpages and navigation will be developed that include text, images, and links. Because it is one of the apps in the Google Suite, it is extremely easy to include other Google products in your new site (e.g., Calendar, Maps, Docs). Join us to develop your own new classroom website using Google Sites.
Workshop Objectives: Participating teachers will:
- Create a classroom website using Sites
- Build pages with text, images and links
- Develop structure and menu for pages
- Embed objects and other Google Apps
- Publish and manage the new site
