People of all ages are invited to participate in the fourth annual public reading of the Declaration of Independence on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. on the grounds of Portsmouth Free Public Library. Each person may read aloud a marked section of our nation’s founding document. Copies will be available free of charge or bring your own.
