Be Yoga Integrated Yoga Class

Do you wonder if yoga is too hard for you? Then join us for the first Tuesday of every month in the Board Room to try the gentle yoga class. We are calling it the "Be Yoga" (instead of Do Yoga). We'll get you down on the floor once and stay there for the remainder of the class incorporating gentle yoga poses for flexibility and opening the body. With the business of the donations, give yourself the gift of this relaxing class. You will be guaranteed a wonderful night's sleep! Please bring your own mat, water and a hand towel. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver. Please plan to arrive fifteen minutes before class to get settled on your mat. Namaste.
