The constant demands of school and life's pressures can create a very stressful time. Yoga instructor Lesha can provide young adults with valuable skills that will help them to relax. Learning yoga can also improve fitness, optimism, focus, self-esteem, creativity, and discipline. For ages 12-19. Mats provided, or bring your own.
