Thursday, May 18 at 7:00pm. High temperatures, high humidity and strenuous physical activity, or any combination of these, can cause heat exhaustion. Symptoms can include sweating and rapid pulse. Failure to recognize and treat heat exhaustion may lead to life-threatening heatstroke. Fortunately, heat exhaustion is preventable.
