A Little Shot and a Little Soup: Flu Clinic

The library is partnering with Rite Aid to provide you with your best shot at staying healthy this fall and winter. If you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired during cold season, you’ll want to visit us for a free flu shot and our excellent “bookside manner” today. Afterward, participants will be given a small cup of chicken noodle soup (a trip to the doctor’s in a bowl!) to keep warm and for warm thoughts!
What you need to know:
Flu shots will be administered to anyone nine years of age or older.
Please make sure to bring your insurance card with you, as almost all policies cover the service.
Short forms will need to be completed and signed by participants prior to the service.
If you are currently uninsured, you will still be able to receive a flu shot for a fee -- $32.99/adult ; $39.99/senior.
So give your October the shot in the arm it needs!
