Join us as we discuss menopause and the nutritional and self-care strategies you can use to improve symptoms. Donna Nucci, co-owner of POP Weight Loss Connecticut, explains how what you eat and how you live your day-to-day life have an enormous impact on your hormones and how you feel. Nucci has been a practicing nurse for over 28 years. In addition to POP, she is an infectious disease nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital and a mother of four. In her career, Nucci has seen firsthand the impact good nutrition can have on one’s health and wellbeing. It is this very connection that motivated her to open POP, along with fellow nurse Kerri Potts.
