Build a Better ... You ~ Going Clean with Donna Martin
Wednesday December 6, 2017
6:30 PM until 7:30 PM
On the first Wednesday of every month (except January) we will host a lecture on health topics, followed by discussion.
It’s time to rid ourselves of the toxic stew that was created back in the 20th century. Donna Martin has spent decades educating herself about toxins and doing the leg work to seek out and test many of the alternative products on the market today making it easier than ever for people to find their way to healthier choices. Donna’s organic gardens have her unquestionably convinced that clean, fresh food choices create abundant health, clear thinking, and joy. Her presentation addresses: • your home environment, what you put on your body and • what you put in your body, and making lasting change. Registration required and begins November 1 online or at the Reference Desk at 860-652-7720.
Location: Friends Room
