Build a Better Mind and Body

Teens, get ready to exercise your body and mind with yoga instructor Stacie Kaye. She will be teaching you traditional yoga postures as a way to build inner and outer strength and to increase your flexibility. Breath work and relaxation techniques will provide tools for calming the mind and body, both on and off the mat. Please bring your own mat or towel if possible - there will be a limited number available to borrow. Space is limited, so register online or at the Reference Desk at 860-652-7720. For teens entering grades 7-12.
