The Korean art of Hapkido is a non-aggressive martial art that focuses primarily on self-defense and self-control. It consists of soft flowing natural movements
and dance-like footwork patterns. It is one of the few martial arts that can be used quite effectively in a self-defense situation without injuring the attacker.
For children, Hapkido develops courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self discipline and confidence, along with athletic skills that can be transferred to any other sport.
