Cheshire Public Library

**Cancelled**Community Connections

Are you looking to find local volunteer opportunities but can't seem to find anything?  Are the volunteer opportunities you find not really appealing to you?  Do you want to meet fellow civic minded individuals? Let the Cheshire Public Library help.

The Cheshire Public Library is pleased to announce a new program that we have started entitled Community Connections. This program connects civic minded individuals with community agencies to perform skilled volunteer projects.  Enjoy desserts provided by the Friends of the Cheshire Public Library while you meet other civic minded folks and talk with local non-profits and government agencies about volunteer opportunities available.

This project is made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Connecticut State Library.  Additional funding was provided by the Friends of the Cheshire Public Library.

Space is limited and registration is required.  Please register at online or call 203-272-2245, ext. 4.
