Support Group Meeting

Are you, or someone you know, living with Lyme Disease? Would you like to talk with others and share the burdens and the triumphs of your journey through the treatments? The Townsend Public Library recognizes the need for a safe place for a group of like-minded people to gather together and is now offering regular meetings at our location.

To get this up and running, we will have a special guest speaker!

Tamara Bedard is your local public health nurse through the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health, and she will be available to discuss the incidence/prevalence of Tick Borne Illnesses found in your community, signs and symptoms and common treatments of these diseases and ways to prevent illness and reduce risk, tick removal, etc.
