?For men and women of all ages looking for a gentle, slower paced workout aimed at regaining mobility, slowly building strength, and reawakening the power of all 650 muscles. This workout will restore movement in joints, relieve pain, and increase energy, vibrancy and immune system. Bring mat/towel for floor work. All participants will be asked to sign a waiver.
