6) Vote to enter into Executive Session for the following reasons and to not return to open session:
     A) Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares.

     B) Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21, Exemption 6, to consider the purchase, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.

     C) To consider and approve Executive Session minutes of February 28, 2018 meeting, where Exemption 2 was declared.

     D) To consider and approve Executive Session minutes of April 2, 2018, where Exemption 10 was declared.

     E) To consider and approve Executive Session minutes of April 30, 2018 meeting, where Exemption 10 was declared.
