Food: Poison or Medicine?

Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Some of our common everyday foods have incredible healing properties. Some foods have toxic properties.  How to use the right food at the right time is good to know. Come and learn with Faith Starr which foods do what and exactly how to use them for yourself. You will leave with info on how to get superb impact from items you already have in your pantry to enhance your health both through your diet and in treating everyday ailments.

Faith Starr is a nutritional therapist, naturalist, wild foods advocate and herbalist as well as a health coach, educator, practitioner and radio talk show host. She advocates using natural substances and natural frequencies and holds numerous certifications in alternative and integrative therapies in addition to traditional studies in chemistry, biology and horticulture. She is also an organic grower, Master Gardener and Native plant advocate.
