Plymouth Rocket provides the application software for use by many organizations but we are not involved in the day to day operations of those organizations.

So, if you have a question about a particular event, museum pass, reading program, book club kit, etc. you need to contact the organization (library, school, town, etc.) who owns the web site that you came from and ask them for help.

But, if you have questions about how the software works, please try looking in our new AnswerKeeper Help System. Most of the users questions about how to use the software are answered there.

1.  Look for your question in the AnswerKeeper Help System.
We are spending a lot of time adding to the online documentation of our products. And, if you do have a question that isn't answered in AnswerKeeper, please let us know. We'll add it.

If your question isn't answered in AnswerKeeper, this is the next best way to ask it. Your question is entered into our support tracking system and it is forwarded to the appropriate staff (always more than one person) and we check email frequently.
