7:05 PM: John and Jill Powell, 982 Main Street, located in the Liberty Plain Local Historic District, to add second story to existing wing, add dormers, add portico over front door, replace windows, construct 2-car garage.

7:35 PM: Tom and Brie Williams, 730 Main Street, located in the Glad Tidings Plain Local Historic District, to install driveway, entry walk and other hardscape.

7:50 PM: Paul Scanlon and Alexis Guise, 38 Cottage Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to construct 2-story addition, rebuild existing glass entry porch, change garage doors, and add a window to the garage.

8:05 PM: Michael Crites and Suzanne Rymer, 24 Ship Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install a new fence.
