Read to a real dog in the library!

Come promptly with a few books, get comfortable with a pooch and read away! The concept of the program is to give children experience with reading aloud to a fun, non-judgmental companion and is made possible by volunteers from the local chapter of Kindly Canines.

You will be assigned to a session: 6:30-6:50, 6:50-7:10, 7:10-7:30pm.

This group meets every Thursday (except holidays) at 6:30 p.m. in the Library annex.

The group is led by The Knutty Knitter Dottie Kurtz who is able to instruct beginners in both crafts and to offer projects for more advanced crafters.

If you already know how to knit or crochet, just come in and share your latest project with the group.
