<i><b>Do you need information about your library’s circulation data?</b></i> <br>This class is a “must” for library staff who are responsible for running circulation reports.<br><br>

In this “hands on” class library staff will learn how to use Web Management Reports (pre-release 2007 and Release 2007) to get the important circulation data your library needs. <br><br>

The Circulation Reports Training Class is approximately 2.5 hours in length and includes instruction for the following types of reports:<br>
 - Total Circulation Reports<br>
 - Circulation by Itype<br>
 - Circulation by Boro/Twp.<br>
 - Checkout Report<br>
 - Hourly Checkout Report<br>
 - Cross Tab Report<br>
 - Review of Monthly Non-Owned Report <i>(what is it and where you can find it.) </i>

In this “hands on” class, library staff will learn how to use Web Management Reports & Millennium Create Lists to get the important collection data your library needs. <br><br>

The Collection Management Reports Training Class is approximately 2.5 hours in length and includes training and review for the following:<br>
 - Millennium Create Lists <br>
 - Millennium High Demand Holds Report<br>
 - Holds Cleanup Procedures<br>

	 <description><![CDATA[<b>**Eligible Staff will receive 5 Hours of CE Credits**</b>
<i><b><br>Only staff that have not previously attended a Millennium Circulation Class are eligible for C.E. hours<br><br></b></i><b>Circulation training consists of approximately six hours of training, including demonstration and hands-on practice with the Millennium Circulation module.   This class is recommended for new Circulation staff, or for circulation staff who feel they may need a refresher in basic circulation functions.<br><br></b>
The training focuses on <b>general circulation practices</b>, including:<br>
- Registering patrons, checking out items, renewing items, checking in items, collecting money for fines & fees, waiving fines & fees, and marking items lost & claims returned.  <br><br>

- Patron and item fixed length and variable length fields are covered in detail. <br><br>
 
- Searching for records, placing holds, and hold maintenance are covered, including printing a daily paging lists, viewing holds and clearing the hold shelf.  <br><br>

- The class also includes an overview of the Offline Circulation software that is used when the Millennium Circulation module is temporarily unavailable.

- Searching the database for bibliographic records<br><br>
- Creating item records<br><br> 
- Searching the OCLC Worldcat database<br><br> 
- Importing and editing records<br><br> 
- Checking name authorities.
