Lebanon High School outdoor track starting in April two mornings a week. This program is targeted towards older adults and seniors who would enjoy the company of other walkers, the level surface of the track and the potential to improve their overall health status. A pre-walk stretch and tone is also offered by Ms. Sholder.

“Medical research more and more supports the positive effects walking has on our well-being, mentally and physically.”
