How do I find and reserve a book club set from my library?

There are three ways to look for a book club set in Kitkeeper: browse a list, search by title, or search by availability date.

Browsing a List

• Next to the List icon, click Go. 
• Use the drop-down menus to narrow by author, genre, age group and click Select.
• Find the book club set you would like and click Reserve this Kit
• Enter your patron barcode and PIN and follow the steps on screen to complete the reservation form.

Searching by Title

• Next to the huge Reserve icon, choose the title you would like from the alphabetical 
• dropdown menu. 
• Click Go. 
• You will get a list of dates when this title is available.  Select the date you would like and click Reserve this Kit.
• Enter your patron barcode and PIN and follow the steps on screen to complete the reservation form.

Searching by Availability Date

• Next to the huge Dates icon choose the month and year when you would like to pick up a title from the drop down menu.
• Click Go.
• You will see a calendar. Click on your preferred pickup date for a list of available titles on the right side of the screen.  
• Click on the title you would liek to reserve.
• Enter your patron barcode and PIN and follow the steps on screen to complete the reservation form.

Reserving a Title in KitKeeper

• After finding the tile you would like to reserve (see above), click the Reserve link.
• Follow the instructions on the screen and enter in your information (library barcode number, PIN, etc…)
• To receive email notification, ensure you provide an email on the reservation form.
• When your kit is ready for pick up, the branch will phone you or send you an email  if you provide an email on the reservation form.
