2012 - Adult Summer Reading

Sign up online and read to enter our Grand Prize Basket raffles with gift certificates and goodies from many of your favorite local merchants. If you need help to get registered, check the Help button at the top of the page or contact the Reference Desk and we will gladly help you to create your account and get familiar with our LitKeeper tracking system. Once you are registered, see the Reference Librarian for your free Between the Covers bookmark.

For every 300 pages you read, make an entry to your online account. You will enter the title and author of the book and write a paragraph about what you read. Entries will be made public unless you write DO NOT PUBLISH at the bottom of the paragraph. Entries that are too short or contain inappropriate material will be deleted by the library staff along with the corresponding raffle ticket. Come in to the library and receive a raffle ticket for each online entry; up to 3 raffle tickets per library visit.

Once you have signed up, stop by the Reference Desk to pick up your Start-Up Bag. The bag includes a brochure with a full description of the summer reading program and prizes as well as a list of teen programs for the summer. It also has some gifts to get you started.
