Covid-19 Note:  Museums are gradually reopening, but many have revised their policies and procedures.  Please read the directions carefully for each pass.  We thank you in advance for your patience.

Patrons are REQUIRED to purchase timed tickets online in advance.

Visiting the Discovery Museum during COVID-19.

Patrons are required to reserve timed tickets in advance over the phone or online.

You will pay for your tickets at the Museum. You will need to show the Library Pass at the admissions desk when you arrive, and the discount will be applied to the cost of your visit.

Pass admits three people at half off the regular admission price of $15.50 each.  (That would be $7.75 each, up to three people.)  Children under one are free.

In accordance with new health and safety requirements, the Gardner Museum is open in a highly restricted capacity.  You must redeem your printed Museum Pass and reserve timed tickets online or through the Box Office at least 48 hours prior to visiting.  Each pass admits up to 4 adults for $5 each (general admission only.)

  • When choosing the quantity of adult and child tickets, there will be a link above saying “Enter promo code.”  Click this link to display the promo code box and enter the promo code usscmlibrary to receive a discount.
  • Patrons are required to show the physical Library Pass to Museum staff at the admission desk. The staff member will not touch the pass, but rather just ask to see it through the plexiglass divider.

Pass admits up to 9 people for free.  Open Thursday-Sunday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • Reserve Library Pass.  Either pick up the pass or call us for the one-time-use discount code.
  • Visit zoonewengland.org and use the “Visit” tab to choose tickets for either the Franklin Park Zoo or the Stone Zoo.
  • Read the guidelines for Non-Member tickets.  Once you have read and accepted the guidelines, click “Purchase timed tickets.”
  • On Desktop, select the “Promo Code” tab.  On mobile devices, select the “menu” button to find the Promo Code box.
  • Enter Promo code “LIBRARYPASS.”  You will then see a screen with a calendar.  Choose your day and time of entry.  You may purchase up to six (6) tickets at a discounted rate.
  • When you have added your tickets, click “Next.”  You will then need to enter the unique gift code on your Library pass.  Once entered, click “Finish” to be taken to the billing screen.
  • Once tickets have been purchased, you will be sent an e-mail with confirmation.  You may print your tickets or display them on your mobile device when you get to the Zoo.

Pass admits 6 people at $9.00 per adult and $6.00 per child (children under 2 are free) to either Stone Zoo in Stoneham or Franklin Park Zoo in Boston.
