Museum Passes

IMPORTANT:  It is recommended that you check the individual museum’s website calendar or call ahead prior to reserving passes or visiting to be certain that the museum or the area of the museum you plan to visit will be open.

Reserve a Pass

  • Available to anyone with a valid Connecticut library card
  • Passes may be reserved up to 30 days in advance
  • Limit of one (1) pass per day per family and four (4) passes in a 30-day period

PRINT & GO: Reserve for the date you will visit the detsination. The pass confirmation must be printed and presented at the destination.

RETURNABLE PASSES: These passes must be reserved for the date of pick up at the Library. Passes must be returned in person to the Library’s Circulation Desk, not in a book drop or at another library. The late fee for these returnable passes is $2/day, up to $150 for a lost pass.

The Library pass is valid for a $10 admission rate per person, Adult or Child, with a limit up to 6 people in their own family. One lump sum admission payment is due at arrival time, not individual payments. The Library pass cannot be used online to reserve tickets. Patrons should bring the Library pass to the Zoo and pay at the ticket window when they arrive.

   

The pass admits up to two adults and four children free of charge.

Hours: Tues-Fri12:00-5:00,  Sat 9:00-5:00, closed Sunday and Monday

Research Center is not included

It cannot be used for camping or special events. This pass is not needed to cover parking fees at state parks and forests for CT residents, as all CT registered vehicles will be allowed without a fee.

      Multiple Destinations

Up to 4 children under the age of 18, admitted for free with 1 paid adult.

The USS Constitution Museum, located in the Charlestown Navy Yard, serves as the memory and educational voice of USS Constitution by collecting, preserving, and interpreting the stories of “Old Ironsides” and the people associated with her. The museum offers a variety of engaging activities, exhibits, and programs, including our interactive exhibit, All Hands on Deck: A Sailor’s Life in 1812, where visitors can furl a sail, sleep in a hammock, and scrub the deck as they join Constitution’s crew in 1812!
