Museum Passes

Please note our new temporary location at the Dighton Town Hall campus, 979 Somerset Avenue in Dighton.

Thank you to the Friends of the Dighton Public Library and the Dighton Cultural Council for supporting our museum pass program.

Passes can be checked out the day before your visit. If they are a returnable pass, they must be left in the book drop prior to 10:00 AM.

Library staff makes every effort to be sure that passes are available when reserved. However, we are not responsible for passes that are not returned on time. We highly recommend that you call the Library the day you are picking up the pass to make sure they are returned by the previous user.

We appreciate your support of these guidelines to ensure that all patrons are able to enjoy our library pass program.

  1. Your Library pass can only be used on the date printed on the pass.
  2. YOU MUST ALSO CALL THE MUSEUM TO RESERVE A TIMED TICKET. Call 617-723-2500 (daily, 9am – 5pm).
  3. Please call at least 1-2 days ahead to reserve your timeslot otherwise the Museum might be fully booked.
  4. After you make your timed reservation with the Museum, they will send you an email confirmation with your reservation time.
  5. Please bring both your library pass confirmation (printed or displayed on a phone) and your email confirmation from the Museum when you visit. Show both confirmations at the gate to enter. You do not need to stop at the Box Office.
  6. If you are not able to show your Library confirmation on a phone or print it from home, request a paper copy at the library.

Children under three will continue to receive free entry, but they must have a ticket and reserved time slot along with their caregiver. Please note: Due to current capacity limits, Aquarium tickets are non-refundable.
