Medway Public Library
Museum Passes
  • Residents of communities with certified libraries can reserve passes online anytime. You can also reserve them in person or by calling (508) 533-3217 when the Library is open.
  • Reserve a pass for the day you are going to visit the museum.
  • Passes may be picked up the day before the visit date, and need to be returned to the Medway Library on the visit date. You will need your library card or ID to pick up a pass.
  • Passes for Monday can be picked up on Saturday, since the library is closed on Sundays. Passes for Monday can be picked up on Fridays in July & August, since the library is closed on summer Saturdays.
  • The reusable laminated passes must be returned on the visit date or there will be a fine of $5.00 a day

Saturday July 2, 2022

Admits up to 4 (adults or children) at half price per person.

After receiving a library discount pass, you must reserve a visit online with Boston Children’s Museum. Due to safety measures, walk-ins are not allowed. Museum capacity is limited at this time.

  1. Patrons must first acquire a dated library discount pass.
  2. Then visit https://www.bostonchildrensmuseum.org/ticketing
  3. Review the directions for timed tickets
  4. Click on the "Discount Programs" & drop down arrow
  5. Click on "Half Price Library Timed Ticket " to book
  6. NEW - Online reservations are required to visit PlaySpace.
  7. The date on the library discount pass must match the date of your visit.
  8. After arriving at the Museum, proceed to the admissions scanning station with your online reservation and the date specific library discount pass. If you have questions about the online ordering system, contact Orders@BostonChildrensMuseum.org.

This e-ticket is valid only for one day. You can either print it out and take it with you or display the pass on your phone or device. Either way, please be sure that the pass barcode is visible.

Please call the museum with questions about which areas are open to the public and other COVID-19 related issues. This pass must be picked up at the Library. It will be collected at the Ecotarium, and does not need to be returned to the Library.

We encourage everyone to reserve their tickets in advance, if possible, as it allows for easier admission into the Museum when they arrive.

Children 6 and under are admitted free. Each pass now allows admission for 2 adults at $10 each (general admission and special exhibition) and up to 4 children ages 7–17 at $10 each (special exhibition only). There is no discount for children 7–17 for general admission, currently $10.

  • Patrons who reserve tickets in advance online with the promo code will receive an e-mail with their admission ticket(s) attached and need to present their ticket(s) when they arrive at the Museum, preferably on a phone or device, but tickets printed on paper are accepted.

  • Promo codes and library passes are not applicable toward discounts on shopping, parking, dining, films, concerts, lectures, courses, or any other public programs.
  • All prices are subject to change. Discount admission may not be combined with other offers.

Effective January 15, 2022 all visitors age 12 and older are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter the Museum in accordance with the City of Boston’s mandate. See our proof of vaccination policy about what forms of proof are accepted and the phased timeline for who needs to supply proof.

  3. Please call at least 1-2 days ahead to reserve your timeslot otherwise the Museum might be fully booked.
  4. After you make your timed reservation with the Museum, they will send you an email confirmation with your reservation time.
  5. Please bring both your library pass confirmation (printed or displayed on a phone) and your email confirmation from the Museum when you visit. Show both confirmations at the gate to enter. You do not need to stop at the Box Office.
  6. If you are not able to show your Library confirmation on a phone, request a paper copy of your confirmation at the library.
