Museum Passes FAQs

A reservation blocks out 3 days. Passes can be picked up the day before the reservation and returned the day after. Reservations are for North Castle Public Library adult cardholders in good standing. Questions? Call 914-273-3887 press # 3.

Most museums require timed tickets, please check with the museum website for their current policy.

All NYC museums require masks and proof of vaccination.

Please bring your library card or ID when you pick up your museum pass.

Families/households will be limited to 2 vouchers per reservation. Each voucher can be redeemed for free general admission and one special exhibition, film, or live animal exhibition. Families/households will be limited to one reservation per year to ensure that all patrons have the chance to use this service.

  • Hotspots may not be renewed.

5 person car admission

   

  • Reserve a Hotspot for the day you will pick it up. It will be due 1 week later.
  • Hotspots may not be renewed.
  • Hotspots are available to the Armonk and North White Plains Libraries cardholders who are over the age of 18 and in good standing.
  • Hotspots may be reserved up to 30 days in advance, and each cardholder may only borrow one hotspot at a time.
