Museum Passes

Passes are available for NORTHBOROUGH RESIDENTS ONLY.
NON-RESIDENTS may use the passes if they join the Friends of the Northborough Library (family dues $12/yr).

TO RESERVE: Once you find the place & date, click “Request Pass.” You’ll need your library card number and PIN. There are several steps to this process, so keep going until your reservation is confirmed.

TO PICK-UP: Please bring the same library card you used to reserve the pass. You may pick up passes the day before, or the same day as, the day the pass will be used.  Please note that the library is closed Sundays and Monday mornings.

Please Note:
The Massachusetts State Parks Pass is not listed here -- please reserve by phone.

At Trombetta's Mini-Golf, children must be supervised at all times.

All laminated passes must be returned the evening of the day they are used, at Northboro Library only. If you do not return a pass on time, the next person who has it reserved may not be able to use it, and your borrowing privileges may be suspended.

Please cancel your reservation if your plans change, so someone else may use the pass.

On the day you pick the pass up, it will be left on the curbside pickup table in an envelope with your name on it.

Once you have your pass coupon, the aquarium encourages you to reserve your timed, discounted tickets in advance via phone (617-973-5200 - you will need the library's name and code that can be found on the back of the pass under the barcode). You CAN still purchase tickets in person, but due to capacity restrictions, you may not be able to get in at the time you wish if there is no space left at that time. Once reserved, you will receive your tickets via email, and you should bring those with you to the museum (digital versions are ok).

Please note that due to high demand and visitor capacity restrictions, the aquarium doesn't guarantee admission on the particular date of your pass, however, the pass coupon will now be good for up to one week after the date on the coupon. The aquarium encourages you to pick up your pass at least 1 week prior to your visit date so you will have extra time to reserve your timed ticket slot. Once you've reserved your pass, please just let library staff know when you would like to pick it up, and we will have it ready for you on the curbside pickup table.
