Passes may be reserved by Adult PJFL cardholders up to 30 days in advance. A maximum of one pass per family may be borrowed at one time and each individual museum pass may be reserved only once per month.

Although some of our museum passes are now available, each museum sets its own restrictions, and you must comply with their rules. Some may require that you reserve a specific time slot for your visit and/or charge additional fees. Please direct any questions to the specific museum. The Library is not responsible for museum closures and recommends that patrons call museums before reserving passes.

Two types of passes are available:

Print at Home Passes (purple): These passes are printed from home or at the Library and do NOT need to be returned. Electronic versions (on smartphones or tablets) will not be accepted by museums. They are only valid for the date of the visit listed on the confirmation page. Reservations MUST be made for the DATE YOU WISH TO USE THE PASS. These passes do not need to be returned, therefore there are no late fines for them.

Pick Up/Return at Library Passes (yellow)These passes will be picked up at the Circulation Desk. Reservations MUST be made for the date you will PICK UP THE PASS AT THE LIBRARY (pickup is generally the DAY BEFORE your visit). All Pick Up/Return at Libary Passes may be borrowed for 3 days. Upon return, passes MUST be hand delivered to a Library staff member at the Circulation Desk one hour prior to closing time on the date due.
