Coe Hall is now open for private tours of The Electrifying Art and Spaces of Robert Winthrop. The exhibition tour offers a rare opportunity to see 12 works by the artist that will be on public view for the first time since the 1920s, as well as access to the two immersive murals created by Chanler for Coe Hall, the Buffalo Mural in the Breakfast Room and Mai Coe’s “Lace Room.” Advance registration online is recommended to minimize wait times and ensure no-touch entry.

To promote the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and volunteers the Foundation has implemented a new ticketing system and carefully crafted visitation procedures:

• Tour groups will be limited to 10 participants at a time.

Coe Hall is now open for private tours of The Electrifying Art and Spaces of Robert Winthrop. The exhibition tour offers a rare opportunity to see 12 works by the artist that will be on public view for the first time since the 1920s, as well as access to the two immersive murals created by Chanler for Coe Hall, the Buffalo Mural in the Breakfast Room and Mai Coe’s “Lace Room.” Advance registration online is recommended to minimize wait times and ensure no-touch entry.

To promote the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and volunteers the Foundation has implemented a new ticketing system and carefully crafted visitation procedures:

• Tour groups will be limited to 10 participants at a time.

Long Island Children's Museum is a learning laboratory where hands-on exhibits invite visitors to experiment, examine and play. Coe Hall is now open for private tours of The Electrifying Art and Spaces of Robert Winthrop. The exhibition tour offers a rare opportunity to see 12 works by the artist that will be on public view for the first time since the 1920s, as well as access to the two immersive murals created by Chanler for Coe Hall, the Buffalo Mural in the Breakfast Room and Mai Coe’s “Lace Room.” Advance registration online is recommended to minimize wait times and ensure no-touch entry.

To promote the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and volunteers the Foundation has implemented a new ticketing system and carefully crafted visitation procedures:

• Tour groups will be limited to 10 participants at a time.  
• Face coverings or masks  covering nose and mouth will be mandatory for all visitors inside Coe Hall.  The Foundation will provide face masks to visitors as needed.
• 6 ft social distancing guidelines must always be maintained.  The entrance to Coe Hall will be marked with decals to ensure proper distancing as guests enter the building. 
• Hand sanitizer will be readily available in locations across the grounds and within all buildings. 
• High-touch surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day. 
• Per New York State guidelines, the Foundation is required to maintain a trace log for all visitors. All guests will be asked to confirm contact information upon arrival.

Long Island Children's Museum is a learning laboratory where hands-on exhibits invite visitors to experiment, examine and play. Through lively interdisciplinary activities, children and adults can share in the excitement of the learning process as they explore the world in which we live. Coe Hall is now open for private tours of The Electrifying Art and Spaces of Robert Winthrop. The exhibition tour offers a rare opportunity to see 12 works by the artist that will be on public view for the first time since the 1920s, as well as access to the two immersive murals created by Chanler for Coe Hall, the Buffalo Mural in the Breakfast Room and Mai Coe’s “Lace Room.” Advance registration online is recommended to minimize wait times and ensure no-touch entry.

To promote the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and volunteers the Foundation has implemented a new ticketing system and carefully crafted visitation procedures:

• Tour groups will be limited to 10 participants at a time.  
• Face coverings or masks  covering nose and mouth will be mandatory for all visitors inside Coe Hall.  The Foundation will provide face masks to visitors as needed.
• 6 ft social distancing guidelines must always be maintained.  The entrance to Coe Hall will be marked with decals to ensure proper distancing as guests enter the building.

Coe Hall is now open for private tours of The Electrifying Art and Spaces of Robert Winthrop. The exhibition tour offers a rare opportunity to see 12 works by the artist that will be on public view for the first time since the 1920s, as well as access to the two immersive murals created by Chanler for Coe Hall, the Buffalo Mural in the Breakfast Room and Mai Coe’s “Lace Room.” Advance registration online is recommended to minimize wait times and ensure no-touch entry.

To promote the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and volunteers the Foundation has implemented a new ticketing system and carefully crafted visitation procedures:

• Tour groups will be limited to 10 participants at a time.

All they need to do is to present the library card and museum pass to the staff at the front gate.Library passes cover general admission. Library passes do NOT cover guided tours of the Mansion. There is no discount available in the gift shop for library pass holders, that program was discontinued several years ago. Reservations for planetarium shows cannot be made in advance when visiting with a library pass. If you would like to guarantee yourself and your family a seat for a particular planetarium show, we suggest you purchase tickets in advance on our website. Long Island Children's Museum is a learning laboratory where hands-on exhibits invite visitors to experiment, examine and play. Through lively interdisciplinary activities, children and adults can share in the excitement of the learning process as they explore the world in which we live. The museum is designed for infants and children through age 12 and their grownups.

Coe Hall is now open for private tours of The Electrifying Art and Spaces of Robert Winthrop. The exhibition tour offers a rare opportunity to see 12 works by the artist that will be on public view for the first time since the 1920s, as well as access to the two immersive murals created by Chanler for Coe Hall, the Buffalo Mural in the Breakfast Room and Mai Coe’s “Lace Room.” Advance registration online is recommended to minimize wait times and ensure no-touch entry.

To promote the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and volunteers the Foundation has implemented a new ticketing system and carefully crafted visitation procedures:

• Tour groups will be limited to 10 participants at a time.  
• Face coverings or masks  covering nose and mouth will be mandatory for all visitors inside Coe Hall.  The Foundation will provide face masks to visitors as needed.
• 6 ft social distancing guidelines must always be maintained.  The entrance to Coe Hall will be marked with decals to ensure proper distancing as guests enter the building.
