By reserving this pass, you will be provided with a promo code to use to purchase timed-entry tickets at pem.org/tickets. You may also call the reservation line at 978-542-1511.
Each pass entitles up to two patrons to general museum admission at a reduced fee of $12 per person.
Patrons must also pay an additional admission fee if they wish to visit Yin Yi Tang, the Chinese House. Access to special ticketed exhibitions may require a separate fee. Youth age sixteen and under receive free admission. Visitors using a Library Pass card are not entited to any other member benefits.

**PLEASE NOTE: To use this library pass, you will need to...
1. Use your North Andover library card to reserve a pass through Stevens Memorial Library.
2. Schedule a curbside pickup appointment to retrieve your physical coupon. When making this reservation, please put "Zoo NE Museum pass" in the notes field.
3. Pick up the coupon ("pass") via your appointment.
4. Use the pass to make a reservation at the desired Zoo NE location.
- Visit ZooNewEngland.org and click the VISIT tab. Select either Franklin Park Zoo or Stone Zoo tickets.
- To proceed, you must read the updated COVID guidelines and accept them by clicking the box.
- Select Purchase Timed Tickets to open up the online store.
- From ticket page, select the Promo Code tab. Enter LIBRARYPASS in the box that pops up.
- On mobile devices, select the Menu button and put LIBRARYPASS in the first box.
- After the code is added, you will see a screen with a calendar. There will also be options for Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo with times. Click on the date you would like to visit the Zoo and the time you would like to visit on either the Franklin Park Zoo or Stone Zoo section.
- Once you have selected the time from the appropriate zoo, you will see the dscounted library tickets ($9 for adult tickets, $6 for child tickets). You can select a maximum of six tickets. When you have added your tickets, click the Next button.
- You will then need to enter the "gift code" from your physical coupon pass. Once entered, click Finish.
- You will then enter your billing information. Please note that there are fees, which will be added to your purchase total.
- Your confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to retrieve your tickets. You may either print your tickets or display them on your phone when you get to the Zoo.
